We currently offer FREE Standard Shipping on all orders worldwide.

Please note: Shipping rates, promotional offers, and policies are subject to change at any time without prior notice. Any rate updates will be clearly reflected at checkout.

Since we are located and operate within the European Union (Lithuania), all orders shipped to addresses within the EU are 100% free of customs duties, import tariffs, and import taxes. The price visible at checkout is the final price.

For orders shipped to the United States, we pre-pay and cover all applicable customs duties, import fees, and processing charges (shipped on a Delivered Duty Paid / DDP basis). You will not be charged any unexpected fees upon delivery.

For shipments outside the EU and the USA, orders may be subject to local import duties and taxes imposed by the destination country's customs authority. All such fees (if applicable) are the sole responsibility of the customer.

All items are carefully handcrafted. Standard production and order processing take between 3 to 7 business days before dispatch, depending on order volume and item complexity.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be slightly delayed. Please allow additional transit days for delivery.

Worldwide Standard Shipping: FREE (Estimated 5–14 business days after dispatch).

Express Shipping: Calculated at checkout (if available).

Delivery estimates are subject to carrier schedules and customs clearance.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number. The tracking link will activate within 24–48 hours.

Please verify your delivery address carefully when placing an order. We cannot be held responsible for non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping details provided at checkout.

We reserve the right to modify, adjust, or end shipping promotions and rates at any time. Any changes will become effective immediately upon posting on this website.
